Description

The objectives of the procurement are to identify an ITIL Service Management Software Solution that will:

- Support the delivery of the ITIL framework within the business.
- Provide a tool that will help support IT deliver on its Fit for the Future strategic commitments currently being formulated.
- Provide the opportunity to report business specific information to different business areas.
- Assist in the identification and analysis of the call types.
- Provide the data to proactively target, and lower, the number of calls providing improved efficiency to the operation of the wider business.
- The solution should also provide the mechanism to support a 'small change process'.
- Provide a self service facility for users to register incidents and requests.
- Maintain and publish a Service Catalogue.
- Facilitate performance improvement and better management of the ICT Team.
