Lot 3 - Traditional Construction Projects
Approximate individual project value above £9m

Lot 4 - Modular Construction Projects & Associated Services/Works (Low Value)
Approximate individual project value £0 to £1.5m but typically £0.5m to £0.75m.

Lot 5 - Modular Construction Projects & Associated Services/Works (Intermediate / High Value)
Approximate individual project value above £0.5m but typically £1.5m to £6m.
