Description

NHS England North Cheshire and Merseyside and NHS Wirral Clinical Commissioning Group under joint commissioning arrangements are commissioning an Alternative Provider Medical Service for TG Medical Centre currently located at 56-60 Grange Road, Wirral CH48 4EG.

A Request for Information (RFI) exercise is being undertaken to obtain input on the draft service model and specification in respect to this service.
