Chesterfield Borough Council requires the support of a skilled and experienced consultant to provide a review of the green wedges and strategic gaps proposed in the Core Strategy, recommend detailed boundaries for the green wedges and stategic gaps with a clear justification for each, and identify and recommend any additional green wedges and strategic gaps and any additional areas of countryside [including green belt areas] where the landscape would be sensitive to the impact of development.
