Description

The Royal Parks are seeking expressions of interest for the replacement and/or repairs of roof finished to various buildings located in The Royal Parks. Repairs will typically involve renewing roof tiles, remove and refix roof tiles, minor roofing works (gutter and downpipes), rake out and repoint verge tiles, renew or supply and fix new ventilation roof tile unit complete to match existing roof tiles or slates. Replacements/ repairs will be based on a schedule of rates applied to individual buildings.
