Description
The Council requires a supplier for the provision of Estate Agent Services to support the sales and marketing of units at Monmouth Road, Bartley Green and Birchfield Road, Birchfield.
The marketing names for these sites are Monmouth Road: Senneleys View; and Birchfield Road: The Founders Phase 2.
This contract will be for a period of 2 years commencing and expiring on the following indicative dates: 10th January 2022 until 10th January 2024.
This requirement will be split into 2 separate contracts as per the lots detailed below:
Lot 1: Monmouth Road (Senneleys View): 23 sales units
Lot 2: Birchfield Road (The Founders, Phase 2): 18 sales units
The successful provider will be expected to deliver the services detailed in the high-level list of service requirements below:
o Marketing and advertising of units for sale.
o Negotiation of the sales price.
o Managing client relationships from reservation through to sales completion.
o Monitoring progress of the sale including Help-To-Buy documents where applicable.
o Working with the build contractor to ensure safe access to sites.
o Managing the handover process.
o Maintaining stock properties.
o Attending monitoring meetings and collation and submission of monitoring reports to the Principal.
