Description
South Yorkshire Passenger Transport Executive is seeking to appoint a suitably experienced contractor for the Refurbishment of Toilets at Meadowhall Interchange.
The works will be let under a JCT Minor Works Building Contract (MW) 2016 and the estimated value is £185,000 to £195,000.
The work comprises the alteration and refurbishment of the ground floor primary male, female and accessible toilet and baby change facilities and first floor accessible toilet facility within the Meadowhall Interchange, Sheffield.
Works include the stripping out of existing mechanical and electrical services installations and infrastructure; alterations to existing water installations; removing sanitary appliances and fittings; removing wall, floor and ceiling finishes; removing associated fittings, furnishing and equipment. Subsequent installation of new IPS cubicle systems; new applied finishes to walls, floors and ceilings; provision of new fittings, furnishing and equipment including vanity units, mirrored wall units and the like; new sanitary appliances and ancillaries; new ventilation, power and lighting installations.
