Description

The Sciencewise programme supports Government policy making around emerging technologies by engaging the public through the use of deliberative dialogue mechanisms to better understand their concerns and aspirations.
It is the intention of BIS to deliver the programme through a Framework with 3 Lots.
Through Lot 1, the successful bidder or bidders will support BIS in running the programme by providing dialogue expertise, including, but not necessarily limited to, all stages of the dialogue commissioning and delivery process. A maximum funding of up to £200k pa will be offered for this.
BIS will be responsible for overall management of the Sciencewise programme. This will include sourcing new public dialogue projects to inform policy making on emerging technologies, leading on governance arrangements, approving project proposals, business cases and oversight and approval of project reporting.
Lot 2 will include dialogue delivery providers (to bid in to deliver dialogue projects supported through the Sciencewise programme) and Lot 3 will include dialogue evaluation contractors (to
