Description

The tender requires the successful Contractor to deliver strengthening works to communal areas, the canopy roof structure and within the lower ground floor lobby area at Altrincham Tower, Lakeside Village, Sunderland, SR3 3AP.

Remedial works to the Communal Areas will involve strengthening the connections between the non-loadbearing external wall panels and the internal structure via the installation of angled steel brackets on the North wall of the tower as specified in the tender pack.
