NOTE: This notice was updated on 20 December 2018 for the following reason: This tender process has now been withdrawn due to a change in the requirements(The roof renewal and refurbishment of a purpose built block of flats and 3 nr. bungalows.
This work includes the redecoration of all previously decorated surfaces, renewal of asphalt walkways, replacement of balcony panels and replacement of damaged timbers.)
