The Authority's ISM (Operational Service Management) ITSM (Integrated Technical Solutions Management) Tooling SMITS (Service Management Integrated Technical Solutions) includes a collection of various software licences and their associated software licencing support and hardware maintenance. The annual renewal of the licences, support and maintenance under the ITSM Tooling capability is required to ensure optimal functionality, allowing Strategic Command to utilise the software without any impact to service.
