Description

Sport England as the contracting authority is tendering for an Innovation Learning Partner (the Services). Sport England is seeking through this tendering process to award a contract with a suitably capable Contractor to provide these Services for an initial term of two years and a unilateral option of Sport England to extend for further periods up to a maximum of 6 months as a time-only extension, which would be invoked due to any slippage in delivery of the Innovation Support Package. The maximum anticipated contract value is £100,000 exclusive of VAT to cover the entire contract period. It is expected that the contract period will contain peaks and troughs of activity, in line with the delivery and development of the different investments we hope to learn form.

Sport England is seeking to appoint an Innovation Learning Partner to shape and guide our learning around innovation and to develop our next steps for supporting, stimulating and spreading innovation based on this learning. This learning will largely be based on £5 million invested in 'Innovation and Tech' as a result of Covid-19 and from other investments and funding opportunities linked to innovation.
