Description

London Borough of Tower Hamlets is looking to procure four suitable providers to form a framework to deliver Befriending Short Break Services.
The contract will be for four years and the estimated value of the total four year term is £1,226,030.

Tower Hamlets are seeking expressions of interest from suitably skilled and experienced suppliers to deliver Befriending Short Break Services.
The services Service will be available for children and young people aged five to 17 (up to a child's 18th birthday), who:
• are on the autistic spectrum (Autistic Spectrum Disorder - ASD); and / or
• have severe learning difficulties; and / or
• have complex health needs, including (although not limited to) those with physical and / or learning disabilities, those who require palliative care (continuing care), and those with associated sensory impairments and must also be available to young people with disabilities who are aged 18 to 25, on a spot-purchase basis (i.e. care package to be purchased, as and when needed, on a case-by-case basis).
The successful provider will enter into contract with Tower Hamlets utilising Framework Agreement included in the Tender pack, then utilising the call-off agreement also included for each project requirement.
Tower Hamlets are following the Open procurement procedure in accordance with the Public Contracts Register 2015.
