Preliminary Activities
• Attend briefing meetings with officers of the council in order to gain a comprehensive understanding of the requirements and all key factors pertaining to the appointment, including reviewing the job profile.
• Provide advice on how, when and where to source suitable candidates, including the appropriate approach to advertising the post, establishing appropriate remuneration levels, etc.
