Description
The Council requires the services of experienced consultants who are experts in district energy / heat networks across a variety of capabilities including general consultancy, technical advisory and commercial advisory and consultancy.
These resources will need to familiarise themselves thoroughly with all aspects (legal, commercial, and technical) of the Regenerate partnering arrangement and as called upon, provide proactive support to the Council across a range of energy network activities which will be at varying stages throughout this commission.
