Chesterfield Borough Council seeks to appoint a NEC MM and Cost Control (QS) Services to be provided to give client-side control during the implementation of the Revitalising the Heart of Chesterfield public realm improvement project.\r

The period of service need is from main works tender return to end of defects liability.\r
