Description

The Council is seeking a single suitable contractor to carry out refurbishment of Fareham Borough Council's Housing stock in four categories of work. These are voids, reactive replacement kitchens and bathrooms; disabled adaptations; and other occasional reactive works.Scope of Works:
The proposed Contract is to carry out the works using the National Housing Federation (Version 6) Specification in conjunction with bespoke schedule of rates and component rates.

The contractor should assume that they will be carrying out void works in unoccupied properties.
Other works should be assumed to be occupied.

The works will be reactive and by this nature, no guarantee of quantity can be given. An estimated quantity and cost per annum is provided below:

Voids works - 215 No. properties - Estimated value £900K/annum
Kitchens, wetrooms & bathrooms (occupied) - 70 No. properties Estimated value £250K/annum
Disabled adaptations (occupied) - Estimated value £60K/annum
Occasional reactive works - Estimated value £30K/annum
