Description
The National Army Museum has just undergone a complete redevelopment project and is due to be handed back to the Client in March/April 2017. It wishes to put in place a suitably qualified company to maintain the mechanical and electrical installations at its Chelsea site and also its Stevenage storage site. The contractors will be responsible at Chelsea for the warranty period of the new installations and any repairs that fall outside the warranties. The Stevenage site has had recent major mechanical installations and the contractor will be responsible for both their and the electrical maintenance
