Description
1.1 Magnox Limited is responsible for decommissioning 13 nuclear sites in the UK. Magnox's focus is on decommissioning and deplanting buildings and retrieving, treating and processing any waste. Each site will then be left in a passive state, allowing radiation levels to decay naturally over time. During this time the sites will be continuously monitored and planned maintenance and inspection activities will be undertaken. Magnox' mission is expanding and we are expected to double in size in the coming decade as we join together with Dounreay and also take on responsibility for decommissioning the Advanced Gas-cooled Reactors complete their lifecycles and pass to Magnox to decommission once de-fuelling has been completed.
Final site clearance is the last stage in a site's lifecycle, which involves dismantling the reactor vessels and dispatching any remaining waste to its final destination. Once this work is complete sites can be released for a new use.

Magnox currently employs ~ 2500 employees, as well being supported by agency and contractor staff. Magnox has undergone a period of change, resulting in the formation of new teams and working relationships. These changes are likely to continue as the Magnox mission expands.
2.1 From time to time conflict/issues arise within teams, and our Human Resources department may identify that some intervention is required.
This support can includes psychological interventions as required:
• Facilitation
• Mediation
• Conflict management
• Coaching and mentoring
• Counselling
Magnox wishes to engage with a supplier who can provide these interventions on a call-off basis, with the option of delivering both remotely and in person.
