Description

St Helens Borough Council and Knowsley Metropolitan Borough Council are looking to award a 5 year contract with the option to extend for a further 5 years with breaks at Year 5 and Year 8 (5+3+2) for parking enforcement and associated services.

Firm contract period: 60 months
Total contract term (if extension options taken): 120 months

The Councils are looking to appoint one provider that is committed to delivering services that reflect the current and changing needs of each authority over the lifetime of the contract. The Councils are looking to appoint a provider that can deliver a quality service and understands trends by monitoring service delivery against compliance levels to deliver and manage change and service needs efficiently and effectively. The provider will be required to provide an annual review of services that reflects both on what was achieved and how improvements can be made for the following year(s), these should include reviewing any changes in technology; the use of greener travel; staffing changes and training needs; what changes to update existing equipment are required along with any innovation that could be implemented to improve service delivery or introduce efficiencies.
