Description

Welland Homes is a wholly-owned development and investment Company owned by South Holland district Council. Welland Homes has an approved business plan which seeks to bring forward the delivery of over 125 new homes over the next few years. The business plan includes housing for market rent and sale, in addition to much needed affordable housing.

Welland Homes is seeking a supplier for the design and construction of 10 Nr houses with adopted turning head, private access road and courtyard, drainage, services (including site works), hardstanding and landscapes.
