Description
This contract is for the provision of labour to support our own in-house Estates Team to maintain areas of unadopted land, garage sites, communal areas and properties managed by Ashfield Homes - Service Directorate of Ashfield District Council (ADC)
The works detailed within these documents provide a broad overview of the type of work that is likely to be completed throughout the contract period. The successful Contractor will be required to provide the specified number of operatives to deliver these works, as well as a suitable vehicle, tools, PPE etc to deliver the full range of activities detailed herein. It's anticipated that the day-to-day activity of the operatives will be co-ordinated by ADC's Estate Team Leader
