Description

Proposals were invited by the Council of the Borough of Kirklees (the "Council") from shortlisted Capable Delivery Partners currently on: Category 2 - Training of Volunteers of the Council's Dynamic Purchasing System for the Provision of Education, Training, Employment and Lifelong Learning (REF: KMCIRS-064) (the "DPS"), for Kirklees Adult and Community Learning (the "Service").
The Council is conducting this Call for Competition Procedure for the Service through a Call for Competition Procedure in accordance with DPS Schedule 4 (Call for Competition Procedure) of the DPS Agreement available on the Council's electronic tendering system website at https://YORtender.co.uk ("YORtender"). This Call for Competition Procedure is detailed within the Request for Proposals (see paragraph 8 of this document below).
It is anticipated that the Service will commence in September 2020 and will expire on 31 July 2021, with no provision to extend.
