Description

As part of the plant phenotyping infrastructure in the Hounsfield Facility at Sutton Bonington, we wish to commission a canopy phenotyping system to complement our existing root phenotyping installation. Therefore this ITT is for the design, delivery and installation of an automated canopy phenotyping system to produce high-throughput 3-dimensional images of plant canopies with registered spectral information, with on-site training included.

The scope of this tender is for the Design, delivery and installation of an automated canopy phenotyping system to produce high-throughput 3-dimensional images of plant canopies with registered spectral information, with on-site training included.

Please refer and respond to the full specification in Part B - Technical (Non-Price). 1. Requirements and Specification. Also see Appendix A: Drawing of plant holders within the Hounsfield Facility. Each position holds a 1m x 20 cm OD pot in which plants are grown (to a height of 1m). The proposed canopy scanner is to be integrated with this system. More information on the layout etc. will be available on request.
