Description

Warrington Borough Council is seeking the provision of intermediate care provision for older people to allow the transfer of people out of hospital to home care. The Council is seeking the provision of 8 beds at a single residential home. The provision is required to be operational from 1st October 2019 to alleviate winter pressures on health and care services.

This tender will be conducted in a pseudo competitive procedure with negotiation as a Light Touch Regime service. Urgency is needed in the procedure to ensure the service is operational on 1st October 2019 to meet winter pressures.
