Description

Digital E-Learning Framework / Modular programme - Flexible Working.

NHS England are looking to enter an initial 6 month pilot contract with an approximate value of £0.00 for the pilot period.

The pilot will focus on the shift in culture and the enablement and support to staff to embed flexible working practices within their teams and organisations. Working with up to 23 of the People Promise exemplar sites we are seeking a product that will provide a pilot programme of work that will deliver;.
- A train the trainer digital tool that enables and supports teams to have open, honest conversations about flexible working
- The tools and support for leaders and staff to co-create a team charter/documentation that outlines the team direction while establishing boundaries and provides a team commitment to one another around behaviours and culture.
- Learning modules to equip a facilitator to deliver a workshop that takes a team through the process to create a bespoke framework for flexible working based on the team's needs.
The Authority is reaching out to the market and would like to engage with potential Suppliers who could establish pilot sites with a view to start delivery before March 2023 (subject to internal approvals).

The successful supplier should be able to;
- Provide anonymised and vital data, to the commissioning organisation, to provide further understanding of operational and technical barriers that impact on effective flexible working in front line roles. The content, structure and delivery of the reports should be open to change depending on the requirements of the commissioning organisation.
- Provide an accessible platform that works with the current NHS IT and systems requirements
- Provide ongoing support to programme facilitators and guide them through challenges and opportunities.
- Embed a mechanism to ensure standardised programme delivery, providing high quality and consistent training through all programme facilitators
- Have a proven track record in delivering initiatives with similar organisations, understanding the climate and challenges of the NHS.
- To evidence scalability of initiative across the NHS.

This pilot will also conclude in an evaluation piece that will need to be completed.
