Description

De Montfort University are looking to undertake the refurbishment of the existing ground floor male, female and accessible toilets in the Campus Centre De Montfort University, Leicester LE1 9BH. Works include the replacement of sanitary fittings and wash hand basins, IPS and vanity units, wall tiles, floor coverings, suspended ceilings, lighting, grab rails, mirrors and hand dryers. All areas are to be fully decorated. Length of contract: 6 weeks.
