Description
The London Borough of Merton (the 'Council') is seeking suitably experienced and capable contractors to bid to construct a new road bridge spanning the River Wandle, Bishopsford Road, Morden. Organisations with the requisite experience and capability are invited to confirm their interest in bidding to deliver the Service by completing a Selection Questionnaire ('SQ'). The Council intends to select from the organisations that submit completed SQs in order to create a shortlist of potential bidders to whom it will issue an Invitation to Tender. The successful bidder will be required to enter in to an NEC4 Option A contract, with Z clauses, to undertake the construction on a fixed price basis.
