Description
Nottinghamshire County Council require Providers to deliver the annual Flu Vaccination Programme to its employees.
An open tender process is being conducted with the aim of appointing up to a maximum of three Providers under a Framework Agreement.
The initial term of the Framework Agreement is four years with the potential to extend the Agreement for a further two years in increments of up to 12 months. The estimated annual contract value is £15,000 - £18,000 therefore the maximum contract value attributed to this opportunity is estimated to be £108,000 over the maximum term. However, there is no guaranteed volume or value for the provision of services under this Framework Agreement.
This is a competitive procurement conducted in accordance with the Light Touch Regime of Regulations 74-77 of the Public Contract Regulations 2015.
