Lewisham Homes (LHL) requires six residents' satisfaction surveys to be carried out:
• 4 monthly surveys consisting of:
o environmental services;
o ASB services;
o complaints services; and
o new lettings/ new properties services.
• surveys every 2 years similar to the 'Star' Survey:
o 1 tenant survey; and
o 1 leaseholder survey.
