Wakefield Council wishes to purchase care and support services for approximately 47 adults with learning disabilities to help them live fulfilling and independent lives. There are 3 lots available. Alongside the delivery of care and support within this contract the Council intends to carry out a programme of transformation, working with the successful provider, service users and their families and representative and partner organization (including health partners) to deliver improved services and increased choice.
