Description

Tenders are invited for the clearance of 12 former school buildings at the site of the former Woodlands Academy, Broad Lane, Coventry, CV5 7FF. The buildings that require clearance are:

4284 - Kent House
4285 - House Block 5 (Reception / LRC)
4286 - Gibraltar House
4287 - Canterbury
4288 - Gym
4290 - House Block 4 (Sixth Form)
4291 - Leonardo Da Vinci House
4293 - Central Block
4295 - House Block 1 (Sparkes House / McLachlan House)
4296 - House Block 2 (Thompson House / Cresswell House)
4297 - House Block 3 (Ellis House / Stringer House)
4298 - York House

There are no lifts in any of the buildings and the maximum number of floors in 3.

The successful supplier's priority should be to reuse and recycle.

The intention is to award to a single supplier.
