Description

Cambridge City Council (the Council) own approximately 8000 domestic properties across the whole city and are responsible for the responsive repairs and maintenance to these homes. A contract for minor works on drainage is required on a responsive basis. These works are funded by the housing revenue account which is funded by the income from the rental of the properties. Works could be undertaken in a varying age of properties from listed buildings to new builds which have been built in the last two years.
