Description
The objective of this work is to analyse the implementation of the current policy, legislative and operational frameworks for assessing and managing environmental impacts through environmental assessment regimes. These are Habitat Regulations Assessments (HRA), Strategic Environmental Assessments (SEA) and Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA), in England and Northern Ireland.
