Description

The Surrey County Council is seeking to commission a local Healthwatch and Independent NHS Complaints Advocacy service. The provision of the Healthwatch service will include:

• Information, Signposting and Advice
• Community Research and Engagement
• Evidence, Insight and Influence

The Independent NHS complaints advocacy service for Surrey will cover provision of assistance for individuals making or intending to make an NHS complaint (which includes a complaint to the Health Service Ombudsman).

The contract duration will be for 5 years with an option to extend for further 2 years.
