Leeds Beckett University is the lead partner for the Interreg North West Europe (NWE) REDWoLF project. The project brings together 14 partner institutions with the aim of increasing the use of renewable energy and reducing carbon emissions for homes with solar panels without a gas connection. The total project value is in excess of €6m, with the Leeds Beckett portion of the budget valued at approximately €1.2m.

Verification of administrative, financial, technical and physical aspects of the project as appropriate to ensure that:
•The expenditure declared is real.

•That the applications for reimbursement by the beneficiary are correct; and
•That the project partner and expenditure have complied with the applicable Programme, EU and national rules.
•Deliver work agreed to time and budget.
As FLC to the lead partner, there will be additional work involved in checking the completeness of the first level control done on the other partners' claims and in providing assurance on the consolidated claim for the full partnership.
The provider should have a good understanding of European Regional Development Fund (ERDF), national and programme rules. You should be able to demonstrate previous experience of such work and the ability to deliver within the time frame specified is critical.
