The Skills and Lifelong Learning Team (S&LL) is undertaking a commissioning exercise to procure and develop Adult Education Budget provision for the residents of the Cheshire East Borough and Cheshire and Warrington LEP areas. All learning programmes must be delivered in Cheshire East to Cheshire East residents.

S&LL welcomes applications from variety of organisations; we recognise that our learners are individuals and require differing approaches to learning, achievement and progression. S&LL especially welcomes applications from high quality providers to meet the needs of young people with Special Educational Needs or a Disability (SEND). By commissioning a diverse range of skills providers who offer a variety of approaches, S&LL wishes to maximise the quality of provision and value for money offered to all Cheshire East residents
