Description
The Medicines & Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) is replacing its Alerting & Response Workflow Management legacy service. This notice is issued with intent of inviting service providers offering SaaS capability for the replacement service.
The new Alerting & Response Workflow Management service is expected to provide a number of capabilities which includes the following:
• Alert and Response Workflow Management Capability:
• Generic Notifications broadcasts and acknowledgement
• User Access Management:
• Website and email Analytics and Reporting
Only service offerings with EU data centres will be considered.
