This tender is open only to insurance companies regulated by the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000, Insurance Companies Act 1982 and any other statutory modifications thereof

All bidders should hold a Standard and Poor's (or equivalent rating agency)of A- or better. If you do not hold a financial rating from a rating agency please provide your financial statements for the past 2 years for consideration by the authority or contact us to discuss alternative means of demonstrating your financial strength.

Evidence of providing insurance services for the Public Sector is preferable but experience with providing cover for complex commercial organisations will be considered.

This competition does not include a requirement for insurance broking services and insurance brokers are not eligible to participate in this tender.
