Halton Borough Council invites quotations from suitable suppliers to make safe loose memorials in Halton's cemeteries located in Widnes and Runcorn. Currently, there are approximately 900 loose memorials in Halton cemeteries that need rectifying; however, this number does have the capacity to grow.
