Description

3. Scope of Contract
This section of the YHCW programme will result in the production of a series of "action learning sets" stemming from the topics discussed in a series of quarterly seminars. The contracted higher education institution will be responsible for the production of these sets, aligning with the pre-approved content.
The contract will be valid until the action learning set from the last seminar is produced.

4. Detailed Requirements
HEE is looking for a Higher Education Institute to deliver a series of action learning sets with topics stemming from a series of quarterly seminars delivered from October 2021.
• The HEI will provide at least 10 hours of virtual learning per seminar topic, divided into 7 sessions per seminar.
• Each action learning set should be comprised of 4-7 participants and 1 facilitator or leader.
• The participants from the seminars will be split into 7 ALS groups covering 4 main themes, based on the predetermined seminar topics.
• Groups should meet around every 6 weeks for 3 hours.
• The HEI and/or individual moderator must abide by the topics agreed upon in advance, any changes or modifications must be approved by the project team at HEE.
• These sets will be recorded for future use.
Functional Requirements
The selected HEI will be required to support the creation of a series of action learning sets stemming from the topics discussed in a series of quarterly seminars. They will facilitate the delivery of these sets and provide support for the members and participants.
These Action learning sets will educate and develop individuals in the workforce and, in time, change practice.
The development and agreement of an evaluation framework within the scope of the Treasuries 'Green Book' and McKinnon's 7 levels of educational evaluation are likely to be of use in this process.
