Teesside University (TU) wish to procure a specialist CX consultant / agency to support the development of a TU Group Customer Experience Strategy - the work has been split into the delivery of the following two objectives:
1.To develop a clear understanding of TU Group's current position with regards Customer Experience.
2.To develop a TU Group overarching Customer Experience (CX) Strategy
