Description

Border Force are seeking ways to protect staff on the front line and provide a forensic testing service for goods in three use cases:

Before adoption by our prosecuting partner, NCA, to confirm the presence of prohibited substances.
When items have been seized following an indication of a prohibited substance and then appealed leading to condemnation cases.
Where no safe through barrier testing is available and the goods are suspected of being high harm.

Under this Agreement, the following shall be out of scope - Drug and alcohol testing of BF staff.
