Description

Bolsover District Council (BDC) are looking to appoint the services of a suitably qualified and experienced Service Provider for Void Property Security.

The Contractor(s) will be responsible for the provision of security to void properties by means of installation, maintenance and monitoring of the following services:
o Openable door screens
o Fixed security window screens
o Screens for properties scheduled for decommissioning
o Out of hours call out void properties
