Description

Hartlepool Borough Council carried out a further competition using the NEPO Framework for Highways Surfacing for LOT 3 Surface Dressing. The work comprised the application of 'surface dressing' material to the existing road surface on the A179 Hart Bank and associated works including carriageway markings and temporary diversions for traffic.
