Description
Renewal of a contract with Delib, who provide a system called 'Citizen Space' which is our corporate surveying and consultation tool. This is used across the organisation by all teams.
We have been working with Delib to provide our system (www.gmconsult.org) since 2018, and ongoing contract with them not only allows us to write and publish external surveys and activity, but internal as well. The site also stores all historical insight.
This year, we are developing the site so that partners at Transport for Greater Manchester have access and make full use of the tool. TFGM have agreed to pay for a third of the basic license cost, with GMCA paying for two thirds. In addition to this, TFGM will also pay for an extra tool within the site and associated training. GMCA will pay the initial invoice of £28,115 to Delib as contract holders, but will subsequently invoice TFGM for £18,100.
