Description

NHS England, North (Cheshire and Merseyside) commissioning team are hosting a second market engagement event to discuss the procurement of orthodontics across Cheshire and Merseyside. The purpose of the event is to support any potential bidders with understanding the procurement process.

This facilitated event will primarily focus on, but not limited to:
the Oral Health Needs Assessment for orthodontics;

Outline of Service Specification;
Proposed Groups/Lots for procurement;
Explaining the Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS);
Application support;

NHS England is committed to improving services and has an opportunity to improve, re-develop and re-commission the current orthodontics pathways. GDPs, specialist orthodontists and secondary care dental service providers are cordially invited to attend and contribute to the discussions, and help inform the future strategy.

The event will be held on Monday 29th January 2018 at Park Royal Hotel, Stretton Road, Stretton, Cheshire, WA4 4NS, from 16:30 - 18:30.
