Description

Housing & Care 21 currently utilise a Human Resources system provided by NorthgateArinso UK Limited. Based on discussions within the business, there is a desire to utilise modules that are currently not in use from the agreement we have in place.

The main focus of this desire is for an enhanced recruitment module, which is available as an additional feature. However, Housing & Care 21 does not possess the internal expertise to ensure that the module is integrated correctly and that the best value is generated from using it. As such, there is a need to bring in an external consultancy service to assist with this implementation.
