Description

Efficiency East Midlands (EEM) is a procurement consortia which establishes and manages a range of Framework Agreements. Our members include Social Housing Providers, Local Authorities, Universities and NHS Trusts. We invite you to express an interest in the supply and distribution of a broad range of goods required primarily for the maintenance of the members property portfolio. The goods will be supplied to the customer via a range of models including access to a counter, a delivery service and van stock management. The choice of the supply method and Lot(s) used will vary according to the needs of the individual customer. The tender will be divided into the following lots:
1. Supply & Distribution of General Building Materials
2. Supply & Distribution of Timber & Sheet Materials
3. Supply, Distribution & Management of a Multiple Product Catalogue
