Description

Cobalt Housing is seeking up to 5 Contractors to be appointed onto a framework agreement to carry out structural repair work which includes, but not limited to, pointing & defective brick work, parapet gutter replacement and wall tie renewals in the North Liverpool area. The resultant framework agreement will last for four (4) years and is expected to commence in July 2017. The estimated value of the framework is £872,000.
